Perhaps my experience is atypical but with the old system I’d have to sign in and reset everything every few months, so that doesn’t really seem very different for me at least. But then again I dont have much if a remote setup anymore.

First game that has convinced me to setup my vr at my new house.
It’s pretty hard to be open and transparent when 2 men with guns and black suits are sitting at your kitchen table.
We don’t know if that happened, but given the speed this happened and the us being the us…
If it breaks that they had a long runway of knowing this had to happen, then sure bring out the pitchforks, but imo we should default to this happening under heavy pressure to act immediately.
Nerds like us can argue until we are blue in the face, 99% of the public will continue to call it Linux. GNU/Linux is a good way to prompt those not in the know to learn some of the history while still being understandable as Linux, that is the current and best solution, I do not think it is unresolved.
Imagine an article for TF1:
A valve engineer used Google to find a new matchmaking algorithm for Team fortress and now it’s in the game
Go to language and region > click 3 dots for your language > language options > add a keyboard > add Dvorak (or whatever). Then either remove the qwerty layout or do win+space to actually select the keyboard layout.
I think this will cause as many problems as it solves (from Reddit’s POV), going private has always been a panic button for mods when shit hits the fan. Now those controversies will have much longer to build and have news stories written about it first. Short sighted.
I think it’s more that the vast vast majority of people just do not see creating or using an account as a negative.
In 2009 amd, facing insolvency, sold its entire mobile graphics department to qualcomm for a measly 65million that technology went on to become snapdragon. It’s one of the only things that kept amd going at the time, but qualcomm got insanely rich off it.
It’s rather poetic to now see intel face a similar decision. According to the article intel is also planning to spin it’s chip manufacturing out to its own company which is also what amd did with global founderies around the same time as selling to qualcomm.
Would ssh -X username@localhost
work?
I just skimmed /r/conservative 's live thread and they are mostly talking about how unfair it was, with a few “i got a bad feeling about this” and “why are we being bigraded” posts, which is a pretty good indicator he lost imo. It’ll be 8nteresting to see what narratives they cling too once the dust settles and the astroturfers sync up.
Facebook market place unfortunately. Or just walking around on garbage day.
Here’s a case + 500w psu I picked up the other day:
(if you already have a case, hdds, psu, and cooling on hand.)
You can also get all of those except the hdds for quite literally 0 dollars, although depending on electricity prices and what upgrading you want to do it might be better long term to spend on the psu.
That is so fucking stupid.
